2. REFUND POLICY

Commitment to Excellence

Free Malta Atlas provides bespoke strategic services, personal branding, and high-authority digital positioning.

• Selection Services: Once the selection process has commenced and resources have been allocated to your individual brand’s integration, fees are non-refundable.

• Digital Assets: Access to the Atlas ecosystem and custom editorial content (The Persona) are considered consumed upon delivery.

• Strategic Alignment: If an agent fails to maintain the "Atlas Standards of Excellence" during their term, Free Malta Atlas reserves the right to suspend their profile without a refund to protect the integrity of the 60.

• Disputes: We prioritize direct professional dialogue to resolve any concerns regarding service delivery.

3. TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing Free Malta Atlas, you agree to operate within our standards of excellence:

• Intellectual Property: All content, the "Atlas 60" framework, and "Persona" editorials are the exclusive property of the Malta Insider network. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is strictly prohibited.

• User Conduct: Our community is built on professional integrity. Any attempt to manipulate our infrastructure or misrepresent the Atlas brand will result in immediate termination of access.

• Limitation of Liability: While we provide the "Infrastructure of Truth," Free Malta Atlas is a strategic guide. All real estate transactions and professional decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta.
